Awareness through Movement®:

During 60 Minutes I invite you to follow verbally guided movement sequences and try out variations. You move slowly and playfully. As you get familiar with your own movement patterns, your awareness increases.  Unique new movement variations enriched your ability to move. You learn to improve the way you organize your actions. This learning happens on a senso-motory level and is non intellectual. After the class you find yourself moving lighter and with greater ease.
